Check your owner's manual for the correct fluid specification — if it calls for MERCON ULV or DEXRON ULV, this is the correct fluid.
No. ULV ATF is specifically formulated for transmissions designed for ultra-low viscosity fluid. Using it in a transmission that requires a higher-viscosity ATF (like DEXRON VI or MERCON LV) could result in inadequate film strength and protection. Use Signature Series Fuel-Efficient ATF for those applications.
ULV ATF is intentionally formulated at a much lower viscosity to reduce internal friction in advanced transmissions designed for thin fluids. The lower viscosity index reflects its ultra-low viscosity design, not a quality difference. It provides the same Signature Series level of thermal stability and wear protection within its intended application range.
Under normal service, follow your vehicle manufacturer's normal-service drain interval. Under severe service (towing, hauling, commercial use), you can double the manufacturer's severe-service interval in passenger cars and light trucks.

2019 f150 5.0 10R80 transmission. Drain and fill with OEM replacement filter and filter seal. Replaced plastic factory pan with PPE standard depth pan. Collected all fluid that was drained including trans cooler. ( collected 9 quarts) Was able to replace approximately 9.75 quarts for proper fluid level @ 210 degrees F. Cleared transmission adaptive tables utilizing Autel tool. Performed drive cycle relearn procedure as close as I could. Have been driving truck in Tow haul mode in stop and go traffic and in Normal mode on highway. Unbelievable difference in transmission performance. Transmission operates better than new.
