Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

LTM Ventures Inc. (operator of National Synthetics) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including data associated with social media accounts you have connected to our platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products).

This page is provided in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the data deletion requirements of platform providers including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).

What Data This Covers

A deletion request can apply to any of the following:

• Contact information you submitted through our website (name, email, phone, address, messages)
• Email subscription records
• Connected social media account data — including account identifiers (e.g., Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID), OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, granted permission scopes, and content metadata for accounts you authorized us to manage via Postiz or any successor social media management tool
• Engagement, scheduling, and analytics records derived from connected social accounts
• Any other personal information described in our Privacy Policy

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — Disconnect From the Platform Directly (Fastest)

If your data was provided via Facebook Login, Instagram, or another Meta product, you can immediately revoke our app's access from your account settings:

• Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, locate the connected app, and select Remove.
• Instagram: Go to Settings → Apps and Websites → Active, locate the connected app, and select Remove.
• Other platforms: Use the equivalent "Connected Apps" or "Authorized Applications" setting in that platform's account controls.

Revoking access immediately invalidates the OAuth tokens we hold for your account. We will then purge the associated tokens and account-linkage records from our systems within 30 days as part of our routine deletion cycle.

Option 2 — Email Us Directly

To request deletion of any data we hold — including contact records, subscription records, and any social-account-derived data — email us at:

Verification

To protect against fraudulent requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion. Verification typically involves confirming the request from the same email address or social account associated with the data, or providing other reasonable proof of ownership. We will not use verification information for any purpose other than processing your request.

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or we need more time, we will notify you in writing with an estimated completion date.

What Happens After Deletion

• Personal information will be removed from our active systems
• Associated OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens will be invalidated and purged
• Backup copies will be overwritten on our normal backup rotation cycle (typically within 90 days)
• We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (date, request type, action taken) to demonstrate compliance — this record contains no content data

Limits on Deletion

In limited cases we may be required to retain certain information despite a deletion request — for example, to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Where this applies, we will tell you what we are retaining and why.
