When an authorized representative of LTM Ventures Inc. connects a social media account to our tools, the relevant platform (e.g., Facebook Login / Meta Graph API) provides us with limited account information and credentials so that we can publish posts, schedule content, and review engagement on accounts we own or are authorized to manage. We do not connect or access social media accounts belonging to website visitors or customers through this website.

What We Receive From Connected Social Accounts

When an account is connected, we may receive and store:

• Account identifiers: Page IDs, profile IDs, business/asset IDs, usernames, and display names
• Access tokens and refresh tokens: Short-lived and long-lived OAuth credentials issued by the platform that allow our tools to publish and read on behalf of the connected account

• Content metadata: Posts, captions, scheduled times, media references, and engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach) for accounts we manage

• Publishing, scheduling, and managing content on social accounts owned or operated by LTM Ventures Inc.
• Reviewing engagement and analytics on our own accounts to improve content performance
• Maintaining authenticated sessions so connected accounts continue to function without re-authorization on every action

How Access Tokens & Connected Account Data Are Protected

• Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted only over TLS
• Tokens are scoped to the minimum permissions required and are revocable at any time from the connected platform's app/business settings
• We do not sell, rent, lease, or share connected-account data, tokens, or platform-derived insights with any third party for advertising, profiling, or resale
• We do not use Meta-platform data to build profiles of individuals, target advertising outside the originating platform, or enrich third-party datasets

Compliance With Platform Policies

Our handling of data obtained from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, in addition to this Privacy Policy. Where this policy is silent, those platform terms apply. Equivalent platform terms apply for any other social network we connect to.
